Winery Monte Xanic
Monte Xanic was founded with the aim of making great Mexican wines. This winery's philosophy, therefore, is to spare no expense in applying the best available technology in vineyards and winery in order to obtain the highest quality possible in their wines.
They do not seek to imitate wines from other regions, but rather to seek their own personality in the expression of the vineyard - its soil and its climate. Therefore they vinify to develop the full potential of the grapes and the specific qualities of each vintage.
The style of Monte Xanic wines reflects this philosophy; the sunny summers and sandy soils make for robust, highly aromatic wines that are intense on the palate and rich in flavor, and at the same time smooth and elegant. As in any other wine-growing region, these wines also reflect the land where they are grown and are therefore particularly well suited for drinking as an accompaniment to fine Mexican food.
