Find here some interesting comments about the UC at Davis course in winemaking
I will have completed the UC at Davis course in winemaking on March 20, 2001. It is a great course, very interesting and enjoyable, but a little expensive ($550.00). You can look at the details on their website.
I will be selling this course after I complete it for half price. It includes all the lecture tapes (18) and the text that comes with it. FYI, I got a 87 on the mid term exam and expect to do as well or better on the final.
Whoever buys this course will get everything I got except the college credits.
